ADULTS - We value your business AND your Privacy. We will keep the information of what Tattoo or Piercing you choose to have (and where it is on your body) private and not release it to anyone (at least, not without a court order).

MINORS - We value your business and Privacy as well, but there are two exceptions to our Privacy Policy where you are involved. 1) NO tattoos will be done on Minors no matter what. 2) Piercings will only be done with your parents consent, so they will know. Other than that, it is the same as for adults.

Online:

GALLERY PAGES - All photos in our Tattoo and Piercing Galleries are posted with the written consent of the person Tattooed or Pierced, and there is NO identifying information posted on the site. All photos posted on the site are of persons over the age of 18, and are NOT taken or depicted in a pornographic manner.

SHOPPING CART - All information gathered while making a purchase in our eCommerce Shopping Cart is kept strictly confidential, is NOT distributed to ANY third parties, and is used soley for the purpose of filling your order unless you have given us specific permission to add you to OUR mailing list.
